About the position

As an Operations Analyst, you will be involved in various aspects of the business operations at Frank Energie. Your responsibilities range from accounts receivable management to project management:

• Checking and managing our invoice batches;

• Processing operational tasks in our CRM system;

• Performing administrative tasks for the Frank Energie app and website;

• Regular contact with 3rd parties and other suppliers;

• Regularly using SQL to extract data for the preparation and analysis of reports;

• Assisting customer service and finance with back-office related matters;

• Setting up and executing projects that lead to operational excellence;

• Working closely within the Operations team and with Marketing and Development.

What do you bring?

• Preferably 2+ years of work experience in operations or a similar role;

• Experience with independently tackling projects;

• Preferably work experience with SQL (Python is a plus);

• Very experienced with Microsoft Excel;

• Flawless Dutch and fluent English;

• Ambition, curiosity and enthusiasm to learn quickly.
