 About the role.
As an Operations Analyst, you will be involved in various aspects of operations at Frank Energie. Your responsibilities range from debtor management to project management:

·       Reviewing and managing our invoice batches.

·       Processing operational tasks in our CRM system.

·       Performing administrative tasks for the Frank Energie app and website.

·       Regular contact with 3rd parties and other suppliers.

·       Regularly using SQL to extract data for report preparation and analysis.

·       Assisting customer service and finance with back-office related matters.

·       Set up and implement projects leading to operational excellence.

·       Working closely with our Lead Operations and Management Team.

What do you bring?

·       Preferably 2+ years of work experience in operations or a similar role.

·       Experienced in taking on projects independently.

·       Preferably work experience with SQL (Python is a plus).

·       In-depth experience with Microsoft Excel.

·       Fluent in English (Dutch is a big plus).

·       Ambition, curiosity, and willingness to learn fast.
