What are we looking for?
Frank Energie is seeking a French-speaking, Barcelona-based Customer Support Specialist for a dynamic client-facing role. You will be responsible for managing customer tickets, escalating them to the appropriate departments, and overseeing ticket handling procedures for the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via various communication channels (email, chat, and phone) in French and English;
Handling and following up on customer requests from initial contact to resolution;
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to suggest improvements to our services;
Collaborating with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, and Development to develop customer-focused solutions;
Contributing to the continuous optimization of our processes for an excellent customer experience;
Supporting operational tasks within the French energy market.
In short: you are the face of Frank Energie, friendly, committed, and solution-oriented.
Your Profile:
Native or bilingual French speaker with a good command of English;
Energetic team player;
Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and proactive individual looking to build a career;
Client-focused and customer-friendly;
Strong research skills and a desire to grow;
Previous customer service experience would be valued.
