About the Role

We are looking for a Business Developer who will take full responsibility for accelerating and shaping Frank Energy’s commercial success in the Spanish market, taking the business from early traction to sustainable growth. You will be at the forefront of our international expansion, with the ownership to refine our proposition, partnerships, and acquisition channels to win in the Spanish market.

You will closely collaborate with the Marketing Manager, the marketing team, and the CCO. Together, you’ll develop strategies, execute campaigns, and build strong relationships with partners and clients.

What you'll do

• Shape and execute the strategy for Spain, working directly with the CCO and Marketing Manager to adapt Frank’s proposition to the Spanish market;

• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors and installers of home batteries, solar, heat pumps, and EV chargers, positioning Frank as a key enabler of the Spanish energy transition;

• Conducting competitor and market research to ensure competitive positioning and representation in Spain;

• Building acquisition channels via comparison sites, affiliates, and partner networks;

• Developing relationships with installers and hardware partners (solar, EV, heat pumps, etc.);

• Supporting always-on marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, display), in collaboration with the marketing team;

• Tracking performance across the full funnel (traffic, conversions, onboarding);

• Keeping clients onboard through churn improvement and retention programs.

Who we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing. Affinity with Spain, with Spanish markets, and preferably with a network in Spain.

• Knowledge of acquisition channels such as comparison sites, affiliates, or partnerships.

• A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset: results-driven and data-oriented.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting partnerships.

• Independent, proactive, and eager to take ownership of the Spanish market.

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
