About the role
We are looking for a Business Developer who will take full responsibility for driving Frank Energie’s commercial success in the French market. You will be at the forefront of our international expansion, ensuring that Frank’s proposition, partnerships, and acquisition channels are competitive and tailored to France.
You will closely collaborate with the Marketing Manager, the marketing team, and the CCO. Together, you’ll develop strategies, execute campaigns, and build strong relationships with partners and clients.
What you’ll do
Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for France, working directly with the CCO and Marketing Manager to adapt Frank’s proposition to the French market.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with OEMs and distributors of home batteries, solar, heat pumps, and EV chargers, positioning Frank as a key enabler of the French energy transition.
Conducting competitor and market research to ensure competitive positioning and representation in France;
Building acquisition channels via comparison sites, affiliates, and partner networks;
Developing relationships with installers and hardware partners (solar, EV, heat pumps, etc.);
Supporting always-on marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, display), in collaboration with the marketing team;
Tracking performance across the full funnel (traffic, conversions, onboarding);
Keeping clients onboard through churn improvement and retention programs.
Who we’re looking for
At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing. Affinity with France, with French markets, and preferably with a network in France.
Knowledge of acquisition channels such as comparison sites, affiliates, or partnerships.
A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset: results-driven and data-oriented.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting partnerships.
Independent, proactive, and eager to take ownership of the French market.
Fluent in French and English.
